Where the whistleblower’s identity is known and contact details are provided, ABE will endeavor to keep the individual informed of the progress of the investigation, including key findings and intended actions, where appropriate and legally permissible.
All reports will be reviewed objectively, investigated thoroughly, and resolved in line with ABE’s commitment to fairness, integrity, and justice.
